Est. 2007 in Garden City, Idaho
We launched C+C Manufacturing in 2007 as Xtreme Outlaw Karts, a regional dealer of outlaw karts, parts, & accessories. In 2010, Xtreme Outlaw Karts began designing & marketing our own proprietary outlaw kart components to a national network of dealers. We built on this success by partnering with Steven Gannon Chassis to expand into chassis design & manufacturing.
From 2010 through 2015, Xtreme Outlaw Karts began to diversify beyond outlaw karts, applying our experience & expertise to the design & manufacture of custom parts for motorcycles, recreational vehicles, and classic cars. We also expanded our operations to the public to offer contract welding and metal fabrication services.
In 2015, we acquired our first CNC mill—a Haas VF 1—and introduced our first fully machined product: outlaw kart muffler mounting brackets. These were quickly followed by seat hoop clamps, wheel hubs, spindles, & pedals. We now manufacture hundreds of unique designs across various product categories, from motorcycle triple clamps to ProCap firefighting wedges.
In 2022, Xtreme Outlaw Karts became C+C Manufacturing to better reflect our expansion into a diverse & continually evolving range of product categories. Our offerings now include CAD design, project consulting, and mobile welding, to name just a few. Our shop now hosts two Haas VF 2 mills, along with a complete array of welding and metal fabrication tools.
