C&C Manufacturing builds billet aluminum outlaw kart parts for several chassis builders across the country. We only use USA-made 6061-T6 aluminum for our parts. We are not a retail outlet for kart parts.
Billet Aluminum Spindles
Our spindles are designed with a ¾-inch threaded shaft, tapered to fit ⅝-inch hub bearings which provides added shaft strength over a traditional ⅝-inch threaded shaft.
Our shaft is secured with an aluminum ¾-16 jam nut plus a ¼-20 set screw to prevent the shaft from unthreading itself. Our spindle plates are interchangeable left/right-side and are replaceable. The plates allow easy access to the kingpin castle nut and cotter pin for replacing kingpins.
Custom plates can be made and fitted for various Ackermann geometries.
Spindle Blocks:
Spindle blocks or “knuckles” are available in zero- or two-degree offsets.
Adjustable Axle Hangers:
Our adjustable axle hangers are fitted for UC206-20K bearings for 1-¼ axles. Left-side brake caliper mounts are available for full-size and mini calipers, mounted forward or behind the axle.

Throttle linkage including “barrels” and “forks”
Upper seat hoop clamps (available in two styles)

Beadlock wheels and rings
Lower Seat Hoop Clamps for 1-⅛ and 1-¼ chassis
